Rule 51. Circuit Riding on a District Level

If at any time where the necessity of any retired or active serving Associate Justice needs to be brought down to take upon any case in the District or Circuit court, any retired or active serving associate justices can be assigned by the Chief Justice to ride the circuit on any District/Circuit level in the United States Judiciary.
