Rule 63. Archival of Voice Proceedings
No court shall conduct any part of a judicial proceeding via voice chat unless the following conditions are met:

(a) The voice proceeding is recorded in its entirety using a reliable and tamper-proof archival tool.

(b) The recording is preserved and made accessible to the parties and the appellate record upon request.

(c) The identity of all speaking participants is verifiably known and logged.
