Rule 63. Archival of Voice Proceedings

No court shall conduct any part of a judicial proceeding via voice chat unless the following conditions are met:

• (a) The voice proceeding is recorded in its entirety using a reliable and tamper-proof archival tool.

• (b) The recording is preserved and made accessible to the parties and the appellate record upon request.

• (c) The identity of all speaking participants is verifiably known and logged.
